QUESTION OF THE DAY: How can you be a parent if you didnt know you had a kid????

QUESTION OF THE DAY:

A lady sent an email (We'll call her Grandma) saying 6 years ago, her then 16 year old son starting having sex with a fetish for older women. He ended up getting one of the women pregnant and on the day she had the baby, she told him the baby passed away. 6 years later, the "baby's mom" sister c...alls and reveals that the baby didnt die and is alive and healthy with the "baby's mom". So Grandma looks up Babymom on facebook and sees pictures of the now 6 year old little girl looking like her now 22 year old son! So her question is, should they reach out and burst baby mom's bubble and try to start a relationship with the child or should they go on living like they didnt know the child existed???? Because get this, Baby mom doesnt even know that Grandma&BabyDad now know the truth!!!! Weigh in guys, what should she do? and why?
