According to TMZ.com, Colony Capital recently rehabbed the 2,500 acre property and wants to develop a buisness plan to turn Neverland into a campus similiar to the Julliard School in New York City. Sources close to the Jackson camp say they are open to the idea. Get a lil cheese off that thang!!
