A new photo has surfaced of Chris Brown with BLONDE HAIR!  He twit pic'd it hisself over the weekend, do you like it?  Speaking of photos surfacing, a photo of Chris Brown has surfaced from the infamous Rihanna altercation that reportedly shows a lip injury Chris Brown suffered the night he beat up Rihanna -- and the damage is so minute ... you can hardly tell he was hurt at all.

According to MediaTakeOut.com -- the website that posted the pic -- the photo was taken shortly after the night of the 2009 incident.

Brown had told investigators Rihanna had hit him first that night ... and scratched up his face.

Ultimately, it didn't matter -- and Brown plead guilty to assault
