DETAILS ON CALI SWAG GROUP MEMBER MURDER...
It seems as though the murder of M-Bone wasn't random... Rapper M-Bone from Cali Swag District has died. According to police reports M-Bone died from a gun shot wound Sunday night during a drive-by shooting in Inglewood, California. Investigators initially said it was a random shooting but after interviewing friends and witnesses they say M-Bone may have been targeted in the shooting.

Cops say friends close to M-Bone told them he was dating a girl in L.A. but apparently a man who also lived in the young girl’s building didn’t like the fact that they were dating. M-Bone and the unknown man started beefing on Twitter.

M-Bone was driving the woman’s car when he was shot while standing outside a liquor store just after 11:30 Sunday night. Witnesses say the shooter was driving down La Brea Avenue alone in his car when he fired off shots. He made a u-turn after the shooting possibly to make sure he hit his target.

NICKI MINAJ HAS DONE IT AGAIN!!!

Well looks like Nicki Minaj is undergoing some new changes...Nicki Minaj is under new management, again. According to XXLmag.com, the Young Moneyrapper has signed on with Hip Hop Since 1978, leaving Diddy’s management team, who had been handling her career since the release of her debut album, Pink Friday.

A source tells XXL that when Nicki originally signed on, she thought Diddy would be more hands-on with her career, and was disappointed to learn that he was not. Over the past few months, Nicki had been working more with James Cruz, one of Diddy’s management partners and a former member of Violator management team. Minaj hired Diddy as her manager after parting ways with her former manager Debra Antney (Waka Flocka Flame, Gucci Mane).

In the meantime, Nicki has hired Hip Hop Since 1978, led by Gee Roberson and Kyambo “Hip Hop” Joshua, the management firm that guides the careers of Drake, Lil Wayne and Kanye West.

GUESS WHAT'S COMING BACK TOTV!!!

Well looks like it's going to be showtime and for a couple networks...Word on the street is that BET wants to bring the show back to TV. Network executives are hashing things out with Jamie Foxx for a pilot later this summer.

It will follow much the same format as its predecessor. Back in the day, contestants getting booed would be swept off the stage, much to the delight of the always raucous crowd, and it seems reasonable to assume Foxx’s incarnation would also include the audience’s loud reactions, both good and bad. When the original was cancelled in 2008 after twenty-one years on the air, the intellectual rights reverted to a non-profit organization, but seeing how serious Foxx was to get the show back on the air, the group sold the rights to the comedian.  

Last but not least, get ready for Fred to have an ipod and Wilma an iPad. FOX is bringing the Flintstones back to TV. Seth MacFarlane, the guy behind Family Guy is dusting off the classic animated series for a fall 2013 launch.

McFarlane says the characters will be the same. They will keep some of the old school storylines but add things that are a little current for example what the heck would a prehistoric ipod look like ? We’ll have to see it when he drops the classic.

Just in case you forgot or you just don’t know, The Flintstones follows two hard-working middle-class families living with the “contemporary conveniences” in the dinosaur-era town of Bedrock. The series centers on Fred Flintstone and his best friend and sidekick Barney.

GUESS WHO'S GETTING OUT OF JAIL???

Well looks like rapper T.I AKA Tip Harris will get out of jail a bit earlier then expected...The Atlanta rapper received a prison release date that comes one month earlier than originally planned; he’ll be shedding his orange jumpsuit and leaving the Federal Correctional Institution in Forrest City, Ark. on Sept. 29th, 2011.

T.I. will have completed an 11-month sentence for violating his parole. The ‘No Mercy’ creator began serving time on Nov. 1, 2010, after his arrest on drug charges in early September. Police pulled over T.I.’s vehicle in Hollywood during a routine traffic stop after the rapper’s car completed an illegal U-turn.

After stopping T.I., officers claimed they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, which caused L.A.P.D. to search for narcotics. Both he and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were arrested and booked with their bail set at $10,000 each after police found contraband material inside.



GUESS WHO'S GOING BACK TO REHAB???

Well looks like Whitney Houston is going back to get some much needed help..."Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment," Houston's rep tells People Magazine. "Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."

Houston, 47, has publicly battled drugs and alcohol in the past, entering rehab both in 2004 and 2005. Recently, Houston's 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina has been caught up in an alleged cocaine scandal of her own.

Houston is allowed to leave her rehab facility with a monitor. "Just last weekend, Houston was enjoying herself at a Prince concert in LA ... with her daughter right by her side,".

Well you'll probably never guess which RnB singer/ hip hop rapper is pregnant...Singer Lauryn Hill keeps dropping hints she may be pregnant with her sixth child! During the New Orleans Jazz Fest last weekend she wore a really baggy dress (seen in pic) which helped fuel the rumor! Peeps who checked out her show in Los Angeles tell us she called herself the “most fertile mother in America,” before singing her hit record dedication to her first son, “Zion.” She also told the crowd she’s holding onto a “big secret.” Come on L-Boogie we wanna know lol!

5.2.11 OSAMA BIN LADEN DEAD, ANOTHER RAPPER ARRESTED, THE TWINS ARE HERE

OSAMA BIN LADEN DEAD...

Well the news we've all have been waiting to here for over a decade...  Osama bin Laden, hunted as the mastermind behind the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil, has been killed, President Obama announced tonight.  The president called the killing of bin Laden the "most significant achievement to date" in the effort to defeat al Qaeda.  "Justice has been done," Obama said. Bin Laden was located at a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, which was monitored and when the time was determined to be right, the president said, he authorized a "targeted operation."  "A small team of Americans carried out the operation," Obama said. "After a firefight, they killed Osama bin Laden and took custody of his body."  DNA testing confirmed that it was bin Laden, sources told ABC News. Obama said tonight that he was briefed last August on a possible but "far from certain" lead to bin Laden, but it took many months for the intelligence community to "run this thread to ground."  "I met repeatedly with my National Security team as we developed more information about the possibility that we had located Bin Laden hiding within a compound deep inside Pakistan," the president said.  "Finally, last week I determined that we had enough intelligence to take action and authorized an operation to get Osama Bin Laden and bring him to justice," he said.    Sources said the attack was carried out by Joint Special Operations Command forces working with the CIA.

ANOTHER RAPPER ARRESTED...

Well another yes another rapper arrested, and this one is a OG LOL... Flava Flav was arrested in Las Vegas this weekend! Cops say he was pulled over for a routine traffic violation and that’s when they noticed there were FOUR warrants out for his arrest.  Apparently Flav never settled 4 separate incidents including driving without proof of insurance, a parking violation and two cases of driving without a license. We’re told Flav was taken to a nearby jail — where he was booked, posed for a brand new mug shot and was eventually released.

THE TWINS ARE HERE...

Well the long anticipated wait is over for the arrival of Nick Canon & Mariah Carey twin boy and girl...April 30 is double the pleasure for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. Not only did they welcome twins, but the couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary, too! Carey, 42, delivered the babies Saturday at 12:07 p.m. ET at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Carey's representative, Cindi Berger, confirmed the births to the Associated Press, saying the baby girl was born first, weighing 5 lbs. 3 oz., and was 18 inches long; her brother was next, at 5 lbs. 6 oz., and was 19 inches.  And it was just as Cannon, 30, predicted. "I'm not trying to be a psychic, but we renew our vows every year so ... It's probably going to be in the hospital this year. I can feel it," Cannon said Thursday when he guest-hosted The Talk. "We got the minister coming in, so this gown will not be a wedding gown, but a hospital gown.

Flav's Chicken

 Flavor Flav is pulling the plug on his fried chicken business. The Public Enemy rapper is pulling his name from Flav’s Fried Chicken in Clinton, Iowa, claiming his business partner, Nick Cimino, “mismanaged” the joint.

Flav claims he found expired potato salad being sold in the restaurant and realized he couldn’t work with Cimino anymore.
The restaurant, which opened next to a KFC in January, has had more problems than just spoiled potato salad.

Dwight Baby Daddy Drama

Dwight Howard won a $500,000 judgment against his baby mama in the state of Florida for talking smack about him — but she hasn’t paid up, so he’s going after her in California.

Howard won the judgment against Royce Reed for half a mil last year because she violated a court order, prohibiting her from talking about him in the press.

Howard claims Reed now owes him $551,606.74 — which includes interest. So Howard has filed papers with a California court, which could give Howard the right to go after Reed’s assets in Cali.

We wonder what Dwight’s end game is with all of this. Because he can’t possibly think he’s actually getting this money from Royce.

I often warn women who are contemplating marriage to marry someone who can take care of them. When a woman marries, it ought to be to someone who is capable of taking her to the next level. If she comes from poverty, there is no reason for her to get married and still be impoverished. The role of the man is to take her to another place.

When she gets married, she ought to dress better, drive better, live better, and eat better, not constantly be in a struggle over where her next meal is coming from. My grandmother used to say,I can do bad all by myself. For a woman desiring a mate, the objective, of course, would be to find a Christian man, whos settled, has goals, accomplishments and a job. But a goal-oriented and focused man cant just be approached any kind of way. So the woman who seeks this type of stability must make sure that he stands out above the crowd:

1. Make sure your relationship with the Lord is strong and growing.

2. Make sure that you are presentable. Working from the inside out, your presentation should be representative of both who you are and whom you seek. Appearance is a reflection of how you see yourself.

3. Have the ability to hold an intelligent conversation.

4. And most importantly, allow the Holy Ghost to take control. You
dont need to go after him. Hes going to come after you, because after he sees and smells you and knows that you&are in his presence, hes going to want to know who you are! I know theres somebody reading this who has been chasing after the man of your dreams, but God says, Just sit still and allow patience to have her perfect work through Me.

Furthermore, its never a good idea to be too forward and too aggressive. Attempting to win a mans affection by jumping into bed with him will only backfire and cause him to lose interest in ever developing a lasting relationship. It causes him to lose respect for you and question your character.

However, if he sees that you are dressed with quality, that you smell like you're somebody, that you look like you're doing fine without him, then that will attract the right attention from him. He'll have no choice but to give you his attention. Stop looking so needy, climbing into bed, trying in vain to capture a mans heart.

The God we serve, which is the God of love, demands and requires of us foreplay before He gives us what we need. In the book of Ruth, the mother-in-law tells Ruth, You have to wash. John 15:3 reminds us, Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. When you sit in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, you are taking a shower. When you hear the unadulterated Word of God, then the dirt and grime that youve accumulated all week long begins to wash off of you.

Ask God to create in you a clean heart and renew a right spirit. Stand in the word. Then wait upon the Lord to renew your strength.

Kobe Apologizes

Kobe Bryant was fined a whopping $100,000 for calling NBA ref Bennie Adams a f*****g f****t the other night, a penalty he plans to appeal.
While trying to get the fine reduced is standard protocol, the L.A. Lakers star says the utterance was NOT standard for him, nor should it be.
The NBA great called the president of the Human Rights Campaign, a gay rights organization, and apologized for using the gay slur last night.

Sources tell the LA Times that the comedian got into a little pissing match with another man at the house. BMS has been told that the two were arguing over dice and money.

At least 5 cars had to be called to the scene of the drama however when the men in blue arrived everything had been squashed. No one was arrested. I’m sure we will see this in his next stand up routine. LOL

The Obamas will visit The Oprah Winfrey Show later this month. The President and First Lady will tape the show on April 27th and it will air May 2nd. Oprah and the Obamas’ are longtime friends and the First Couple wanted to hit up their girl to say goodbye. Her 25th season and final show airs May 25th.
